Artist's Description

A stunning wintry scene at the Glade Creek Grist Mill located in Clifftop West Virginia. Reconstructed in 1976, Glade Creek Grist Mill is fully operational and grinds cornmeal for its patrons. Previously known as Copper Mill, its reconstruction incorporated materials from three former mills in the West Virginia area. The mill currently operates as part of the Babcock State Park and is indeed the main attraction. In fact, if you find yourself traveling through West Virginia on Interstate 64 and you're not opposed to adding 30 or 40 minutes to your trip, I recommend taking the scenic route. However, in times of heavy snow, I would recommend visiting another day!
