Beginning at the parking lot on Chimney Top Rock Road, a short half-mile walk will take you to Chimney Rock Overlook. The trail is easily accessible to an average person in decent health. However, take caution due to the risk of falling off the narrow path and unprotected edges. The gorge offers boundless opportunities for adventure seekers, rock climbers, hikers, and photographers.
