An image of a small section of the Virgin River captured in the Narrows at Zion National Park in Springdale, Utah. The Narrows is the most popular hike in Zion National Park. The journey to the Narrows begins on the River Walk Trail, following a 40-minute ride on the Zion shuttle bus to the Temple of Sinawava. This stunning narrow slot canyon spans about 16 miles through the Virgin River and offers breathtaking scenery along the route. However, the cool water can make the hike especially pleasant during the hot summer months. Following a 2-3 hour hike, many turn back after reaching an area known as Wall Street. For the adventurous traveler and avid hiker, the Narrows is an absolute must-see!
