This waterfall and is worth visiting for the journey alone and is an amazing must see for anyone willing to venture out on an easy one-mile hike. Chestnut Falls is located on the New River Trail near the city of Fries Virginia. The trail spans 57 miles along an abandoned railroad and crosses through several counties covering some of the most beautiful terrains.
