Deep in the Daniel Boone National Forest, Gray's Arch offers a glimpse into the past. Sculpted by nature and located near Frenchburg Kentucky, this magnificent arch is only one of many spectacular arches in the Red River Gorge. Honestly, the Red River Gorge is one of the most remarkable places I've ever had the privilege of visiting. By the enchanting powers of nature, a hike in the gorge provides an extraordinary mind-healing therapy. Moreover, exploring this vast and majestic countryside is truly a journey through time itself. Beginning at the parking lot at Gray's Arch recreation area, the trek to Gray's Arch is about 3 miles round trip. Although not the most demanding hike, the journey requires transversing quite a bit of uneven terrain with a few hellish stairs to climb. Depending on your fitness level, it can leave you a bit short of breath, but it's definitely worth the trip. The gorge offers boundless opportunities for adventure seekers, rock climbers, hikers, and photographers...
Story: As a young man, Michael spent much of his time seeking adventure and exploring the great outdoors. In addition to his affection for nature, he also relished technology and embraced it at every opportunity. In fact, his indoctrination to the Polaroid One Step sparked the beginning of his interest in photography.
