A fantastic early morning image captured at Hanging Rock State Park in North Carolina. Although this was my first trip to the summit, I plan to return soon. The hike is about 1.3 miles from the parking area. Though it's not a difficult hike, I would say it's moderate and does require some stamina to make the ascent. The view is spectacular and well worth the trip. If you're in the area or planning a hiking adventure, I highly recommend the journey!
